A child struggling with training wheels on a bike.

The video begins with a child learning to ride a bicycle with training wheels on a paved path. The scene transitions to show the Guardian bike, first as a product shot and then a child riding it without pedals. The ad demonstrates how to convert the bike from a pedal bike to a balance bike by removing the pedals. It then shows the child practicing walking with the bike, followed by running and gliding to master balance. Finally, the pedals are reattached, and the child is shown successfully pedaling with a parent's assistance. The video ends with the Guardian Bikes logo and website.
