A man blowing a whistle directly into the camera.

The video opens with a close-up of a man blowing a whistle. It then cuts to two people on mountain bikes, wearing helmets and sunglasses, looking out at a scenic view. The next shot shows a man in a forest holding a water bottle. This is followed by a dynamic shot of a mountain biker jumping over rocks. The man from the beginning reappears, holding a megaphone and a clapperboard. The final shot shows a mountain bike lying on the ground next to a person who has fallen. The pacing is fast and energetic, with quick cuts between scenes.
