A woman in climbing gear precariously balancing on a cabinet to reach a picture.

The ad opens with a woman in climbing gear, including a helmet and harness, standing on top of a cabinet in a hallway, reaching for a picture frame on the wall. She then moves to a kitchen where she is hanging from a bar above a window, doing a split. Finally, she is shown climbing an indoor climbing wall. The pacing is quick, transitioning between scenes rapidly. The final scenes show Smartbox products and branding.
