A giraffe sticking its tongue out.

The ad opens with a close-up of a giraffe sticking its tongue out, followed by a young girl with glasses looking up. Then, a panda eats bamboo. Another young girl smiles, and a zookeeper named Paulina speaks. The scene shifts to an okapi, then back to the girl and zookeeper. Finally, a wide shot shows the San Diego Zoo entrance with text overlay.
