The initial chat bubble and the young man's worried expression.

The ad opens with a young man looking concerned at his phone, which shows a low balance. A chat bubble appears on screen asking about a trip to Cusco. The scene shifts to a man in a colorful hat and red jacket, holding a bundle of panpipes, looking exasperated. He complains about not being able to find a ticket. The ad then shows the redBus app on a phone, highlighting various discounts and offers. Finally, the two men are shown smiling and traveling on a bus, with scenic mountains outside the window.
