A distressed young woman receiving messages from an ex, followed by the dramatic appearance of a drag queen.

A young woman is sitting on her bed, looking distressed at her phone. Holographic chat bubbles appear, showing messages from an 'Ex'. Suddenly, a drag queen in a sparkly red dress appears in a cloud of pink smoke, performing a dramatic gesture. The drag queen then shows the woman a phone with the redBus app, and they interact with the app together, selecting a bus and a seat. The scene transitions to the young woman happily sitting on a bus, looking out the window at a scenic view.
