A man in a bright yellow jacket asking for help at a ticket machine.

The video opens with a man in a bright yellow jacket interacting with a ticket machine at what appears to be a train station. He is speaking to someone off-camera. The scene then shifts to two other people, also in yellow jackets, walking and smiling. The first man reappears, talking to the camera directly, and then the scene transitions to a graphic advertisement.
