The opening shot shows a person packing a van, with text overlay asking about life's favorite thing.

A woman is packing a backpack next to a van converted into a camper. She is in a scenic outdoor location with mountains and trees. She then gets into the driver's seat of the van and drives. The video cuts to her climbing a rock face, then shows her and a friend in a rocky, wooded area, preparing for another climb. The final shot is of the van parked with a scenic view.
