A festive horse-drawn carriage passing a beautifully lit tower.

The video opens with a horse-drawn carriage passing a tall tower decorated with Christmas lights. It then transitions to a nighttime cityscape with the word 'Illinois' overlaid. Next, a close-up of a person in an elf costume, also with 'Illinois' overlaid. The scene shifts to a street lined with shops and cars, decorated for the holidays, with the 'Illinois' logo and text 'the middle of everything'. This is followed by a field of glowing lights with two figures walking through it, again with the 'Illinois' logo. The final scene shows cars driving through a Christmas light display, with the 'Illinois' logo and website address.
