The initial shot of a fresh salad being dressed and the subsequent text "This is Food" quickly establishes the theme.

The video opens with a close-up of a salad being dressed, transitioning to a black screen with the word "But" in yellow. It then shows a woman working with flour and old milling equipment, followed by a shot of a meal laid out on a table with a sea view. Next, a man uses a long wooden paddle to place something into a rustic oven. A woman is shown kneading dough, and then a close-up of meat skewers cooking over a grill. Another shot shows dough being shaped, followed by someone placing dough onto a baking tray. The video continues with a person eating pasta, a close-up of grilled meat, and hands shaping dough. Finally, it shows a table laden with various dishes, with people eating and drinking, and text overlays appear.
