A majestic cruise ship sailing under a vast, starry night sky.

The ad opens with a wide shot of a cruise ship sailing on the ocean at night, under a starry sky. The Costa logo and "La Bella Vita mit Giovanni Zarrella" are displayed. The scene then cuts to Giovanni Zarrella on the deck of the ship, speaking into a headset. We see close-ups of him and then a family (father, mother, and daughter) looking up at the sky. A shooting star appears, and the daughter exclaims in wonder. The ad concludes with a wide shot of the illuminated cruise ship at night.
