The opening aerial shot of Hong Kong's skyline at sunset.

The video opens with a sweeping aerial view of Hong Kong's skyline at sunset, transitioning to a traditional junk boat sailing in the harbor. It then shows a Cathay Pacific airplane, first its tail fin in a hangar, then the front of the plane on a runway. Neon signs for a pawnshop flash, followed by an airplane flying past. A road sign for Ngong Shuen Chau and Tsing Yi & Lantau appears. Old footage of a Cathay Pacific plane and its tail fin is shown, followed by a modern Cathay Pacific plane in flight. A flight attendant in uniform stands near an old propeller plane, and then a close-up of a vintage Cathay Pacific Airways plane. The video shows a pilot in the cockpit, a hand adjusting a uniform badge, an older man looking out, a hand touching a textured surface, an older woman looking up, and then groups of flight attendants in vintage and modern uniforms taking photos. The final sequence shows a Cathay Pacific plane flying into the sunset, with graphics celebrating '80 Years Together'. The editing is a mix of slow, sweeping shots and faster cuts, with a nostalgic and celebratory feel.
