A sea otter wearing headphones and floating on its back.

The ad opens with a close-up of a sea otter floating on its back, wearing headphones and holding an ORCA card. The background is a vibrant blue. Text appears, first reading 'YOU OTTER RIDE' and then 'YOUTH RIDE FREE' within a yellow starburst graphic. The scene then transitions to text that reads 'TAKE THE BUS & RIDE EASY' with the same otter, now wearing sunglasses. Finally, the yellow starburst graphic reappears with the text '18 & YOUNGER RIDE THE BUS FREE' and a website address.
