A woman's frustrated reaction to a glitching video conference.

The ad opens with a woman sitting on a couch in a modern office hallway, looking frustrated at her laptop. The laptop screen shows a video conference with several participants, but the feed is glitching and breaking up. The woman gestures in exasperation. The scene then shifts to a close-up of the glitching video conference feed. The woman looks concerned and then peeks around a corner. She discovers a small band playing jazz music in a server room, with a double bass, trumpet, and drums. The band members are smiling and dressed in formal attire with bow ties. The ad then shows the woman looking back at the camera with a neutral expression, followed by text overlays and the Zyxel logo.
