The initial text overlays and office setting.

The ad opens with a wide shot of a modern office space with employees working at desks. Text overlays appear and disappear. The scene then shifts to close-ups of a woman working at a computer, looking stressed. A man plays a trumpet, and a woman plays a bass drum, both in formal attire, adding a surreal element. The woman continues to look frustrated with technology. The video shows a glitching video call, a Zyxel access point on the ceiling, and then transitions to a man relaxing on a beach with a laptop. The ad concludes with the Zyxel logo and tagline.
