The initial scene of a busy office is disrupted by a man playing a trumpet.

The video opens with a wide shot of a modern office space with employees working at their desks. The scene transitions to a close-up of a woman with short hair looking concerned. Text appears on screen: 'OFICINA FUERA DE SINTONÍA'. We see her typing on a keyboard, then looking at a presentation with graphs. A man plays a trumpet and another plays a bass in the office, causing disruption. The woman looks increasingly frustrated. The scene shifts to her on a couch with a laptop, then to a video call with glitching participants. She then looks into a server room where the musicians are playing. The video ends with a Zyxel logo and tagline.
