The man directly addresses the viewer asking if they are still with the same old phone company.

A man with glasses and a mustache is speaking directly to the camera. He is wearing a dark, cable-knit sweater. The background changes from a wall with colorful lights to an office-like setting with a purple 'wim' logo, and then to a green hedge wall. He gestures with his hands as he speaks, and at one point holds up a small device. The video ends with a screen showing the 'wim AT&T' logo and a Google Play download button.
