The unusual, towering hairstyle with a dolphin brooch.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman's elaborate blonde hairstyle adorned with a dolphin brooch. It then cuts to a woman with medium-length brown hair sitting in what appears to be a bus stop, looking concerned. An older woman with a very dramatic hairstyle and a small dog in a bag approaches her. The older woman speaks animatedly, gesturing with her hands, while the younger woman listens with a mixture of confusion and amusement. The ad transitions to a wider shot of the two women at the bus stop, with the brand logo appearing. Finally, it shows the brand logo and slogan on a white background.
