The visual of a clean U-shaped device becoming entangled in a mess of cables.

The ad opens with a U-shaped object resembling a router or modem, set against a backdrop that transitions from a warm orange to a cool blue. Initially, the U-shape is clean and white. Then, various colored cables (red, blue, yellow) begin to wrap around it, creating a tangled, chaotic appearance. The lights on the U-shape change from green to red, indicating a problem. The scene then shifts to a close-up of a smartphone displaying an app with options for Energy, Broadband, and SIM Only. The final shot shows the U-switch logo and tagline.
