The animated character of the elderly woman with an afro and glasses is visually striking.

The ad opens with a cartoonish, elderly woman with a large afro and glasses, talking on a smartphone. She is wearing a blue tracksuit. The background is a room with teal walls, a window, and some plants. Text overlays appear throughout the ad. The pacing is moderate, with text appearing and disappearing. The ad ends with a blurred shot of the woman and the Telenor logo.
