A festive Christmas scene with a moose mascot writing a letter.

The ad opens with a close-up of a moose mascot wearing a Telcel shirt and a scarf, holding a pencil and paper, seemingly writing a letter. The background features festive, snow-covered gingerbread houses and Christmas trees adorned with lights. The scene transitions to a paper airplane flying through a sky filled with animated stars and snowflakes. It then shows a close-up of a decorated Christmas tree with a Google Pixel phone box as an ornament. The ad ends with animated logos for "Amigo 5G" and "Telcel 5G".
