The split screen showing diverse people using technology.

The video opens with a split screen showing different people interacting with technology. The top left shows a woman looking at a paper, the top right shows a young man helping an older man with a computer, the bottom left shows an older couple looking at a laptop, and the bottom right shows a family in a living room with various devices. The screen then transitions to a graphic with a large white circle containing the word "RATES" in red. Two smaller circles branch off, one with a gas flame and lightning bolt icon, and another with a power pole and transformer icon. A final circle appears with a house icon. The video ends with the PG&E logo and website information.
