A 3D animated character struggling to connect to the internet.

The ad opens with a 3D animated character, a woman with pink hair, carrying a box. She places it down and then struggles to connect to the internet on her laptop, shown by a loading symbol on the screen. Another character, a man with blue hair, appears frustrated as his TV also shows a loading symbol and an internet error. The scene transitions to a split screen showing both characters. The woman is now in a yoga pose, and the man is sitting on a couch, both looking calm and connected. The ad ends with the brand logo and website.
