The initial scene of a character moving boxes in a stylized 3D environment.

The ad opens with a 3D animated character in overalls carrying a yellow box, moving it around a living room set with a yellow couch and boxes. The scene transitions to a close-up of a hand holding a smartphone with a loading icon. Then, a close-up of a surprised animated character with blue hair appears, looking at a phone. Finally, the screen splits into two halves, showing the "myconnect" logo and website on the left with the first character in a yoga pose, and on the right, the second character sitting on a blue couch with a laptop. Icons for electricity, fire, WiFi, and a plus sign are displayed.
