Sweeping drone shot of mountains at sunset.

The ad opens with a sweeping drone shot of lush green mountains at sunset. It then transitions to a utility truck with a bucket lift, where a worker is performing maintenance on power lines. The scene shifts to a close-up of the worker in the bucket, then to a silhouette of another worker on a utility pole against a dramatic sky. A digital display shows an 'OUTAGE DETECTED' alert. A woman smiles as she checks her phone, which displays 'Power is back ON in your area.' Another woman with a flashlight looks surprised in a dimly lit room. A Duke Energy employee walks towards the camera, followed by two workers examining a tablet with a thermal imaging display. The ad concludes with the Duke Energy logo and tagline.
