A dramatic entrance of a woman in a white gown into a kitchen.

The ad opens in a modern kitchen where a woman is holding a magazine. A second woman, dressed in a flowing white gown and ornate jewelry, appears dramatically. The first woman looks surprised. The second woman gestures, and the scene transitions to show the first woman interacting with a smart thermostat, adjusting the temperature. The ad then shows a woman relaxing with her feet in an ice bath. The Direct Energy logo and offer details are displayed throughout.
