A woman in a kitchen adjusts a smart thermostat on the wall. A pink heart graphic appears around the thermostat as she changes the temperature. The camera focuses on her face and the thermostat, with a blurred reflection of her in the background. The Direct Energy logo is visible in the top right corner. The pacing is moderate, with close-ups on the thermostat and the woman's reactions.
