The initial message on the WhatsApp chat about a fallen power line due to rain.

The ad opens with a close-up of a smartphone displaying a WhatsApp chat. A message reads "A chuva de ontem derrubou um fio do poste." (Yesterday's rain knocked down a wire from the pole). The screen then transitions to a woman with red hair and dramatic makeup, wearing a jacket with a CPFL logo, speaking into a headset. She is in a brightly lit, futuristic-looking environment. The ad then shows a visual effect of a light tunnel. Finally, it returns to the smartphone screen showing a reply message with safety instructions and a phone number, followed by an end card with the CPFL logo and a slogan.
