A close-up of a smartphone displaying a WhatsApp conversation.

The video opens with a close-up of a person holding a smartphone displaying a WhatsApp chat. The chat is with 'Guardião da Vida CPFL' and asks, 'What precautions do I need to take when painting my house?'. The screen then transitions to a colorful, abstract tunnel of light, followed by a woman with red hair and blue eye makeup speaking into a headset in a room with a pink grid ceiling. She advises to maintain distance from the electrical grid to avoid electric shock. The video then returns to the smartphone showing the response being typed and sent, followed by an end card with contact information.
