The greeting "Hej Mona!" and the visual of two women meeting on a street.

The video opens with a medium shot of two women standing on a sidewalk outside a red house. One woman, facing away from the camera, is wearing a blue fuzzy hat and a black jacket with blue accents. The other woman, facing the camera, is older with blonde hair and is wearing a dark coat over a white shirt. She looks at the first woman and speaks. The camera then zooms in on the older woman's face as she continues to speak. The scene is set in a residential area with a red fence and trees in the background. The pacing is slow and conversational. The ad ends with a logo and tagline.
