The text "I can't reduce my electricity use by 10%" appears on screen, followed by a skeptical expression from a woman.

The video opens with a shot of a hallway and a room with a desk and chandelier. Text appears on screen: "I can't reduce my electricity use by 10%". A man walks into frame and then a woman wearing a BC Hydro shirt appears, looking skeptical. The man walks towards a kitchen area and places a small pizza into a toaster oven. He then adjusts the settings. The woman reappears, looking at the man with a questioning expression. The man then walks to a thermostat on the wall and adjusts it. The woman again looks at him with a skeptical expression. The man then puts on a robe.
