A red armchair being blasted by a powerful jet of water on a city street.

The ad opens with a shot of a red armchair being hit by a powerful jet of water on a city street, creating a large splash. A man in a white hoodie is seen running, looking surprised and slightly out of breath. He runs past the armchair and continues down the street, which is wet and has some snow or foam on the ground. The camera then focuses on his Apple Watch, showing the 'Exercise Ring Closed' notification. The man continues running, and text appears on screen: 'DON'T GIVE IN' followed by 'WATCH'. The final scene shows two Apple Watches, one white and one black, with the text 'WATCH SERIES 11' and a tagline about turning resolutions into routines. The ad is fast-paced with quick cuts.
