The initial shot from inside the refrigerator looking up at a surprised woman reaching for cake.

The video opens with a low-angle shot inside a refrigerator. A woman with bangs, wearing a dark top, looks surprised as she reaches for a slice of cake. The refrigerator light flickers, and the scene briefly turns blue and misty, showing vegetables and apples. The woman then changes into a blue turtleneck and picks up an apple. A small, green, fuzzy monster character appears and waves. The woman takes a bite of the apple and smiles.
