Large text overlay "TO BE HONEST" with a man speaking.

The ad opens with large text overlaying a man in a suit in an office setting. The text reads "TO BE HONEST". The man then speaks, and the scene transitions to show him in the office, then to screenshots of a project management software interface. The software displays tables of initiatives, owners, priorities, and timelines, and then a dashboard with various charts and metrics. The man gestures and speaks throughout, intercut with the software interface. The ad ends with the monday.com logo and a call to action.
