The video features a series of hand-drawn animations depicting a woman experiencing burnout. Initially, she is shown looking disheveled and overwhelmed, surrounded by bills and clocks. The scenes progress to show her feeling withdrawn, engaging in passive activities like scrolling on her phone, and struggling to start tasks. She appears emotionally numb, smoking a cigarette under a blanket, and overwhelmed by laundry. Later, she is shown looking out a window, unable to enjoy simple pleasures, and driving with a stressed expression. The final scenes show her recovering, writing in a journal, walking energetically, and enjoying a cup of tea, suggesting a path to recovery and self-care.
