A phone ringing sound effect.

The video opens with a man in an office setting, sitting at a desk with multiple monitors. He is on the phone. The scene then cuts to a man in a hard hat and safety vest on a construction site, also on the phone and looking at blueprints. The two men have a conversation about a plan sheet and a dowel curb. The office worker explains that the dowel curb was scrapped and doesn't need to be done today. The construction worker insists it needs to be done today, mentioning rain. The office worker agrees to start the project. The video ends with a title card and logo for HCSS.
