The video opens with a group of people in a living room decorated for Christmas. One person is wearing a Santa hat and holding a hat. Another person is sitting by a fireplace. The scene then shifts to a woman on a couch who receives a gift. She opens it to reveal a sweater. The man by the fireplace looks stressed. A graphic appears with the text "BAD SECRET SANTA". The video then shows a phone screen with the Elfster app and various people's photos. The final scene is a graphic with the Elfster logo and a call to action to start a free Secret Santa exchange.
