The initial screen with the ChatGPT logo and the text 'ChatGPT wants to'.

The video begins with the ChatGPT logo and the text 'ChatGPT wants to'. It then transitions to a screen showing 'ChatGPT wants to connect to Jotform' with a 'Continue' button. A circular animation plays as the button is clicked. The scene shifts to the ChatGPT interface where 'Jotform' is typed, followed by 'create a birthday party rsvp form'. The interface then shows Jotform creating the form and then displaying a birthday party RSVP form. The user then asks to 'give the form a birthday party feel', which Jotform does. Finally, the user asks 'how many people are coming to my party?', and the interface shows a list of attendees. The video ends with the Jotform and ChatGPT logos and the text 'Use Jotform in ChatGPT'.
