A man with a distinctive appearance looks out a window.

The ad opens with a shot of a modern house with solar panels. A man with curly hair and a beard is seen inside, looking out a window. A woman approaches the window, and they exchange cups. The woman then expresses disbelief and frustration, while the man smiles and drinks from his cup. The scene transitions to a graphic with the VEKA logo and text. The pacing is conversational and slightly humorous.
