The initial close-up of the smartphone screen showing apartment listings.

The video opens with a close-up of a hand holding a smartphone, displaying the Oikotie app. The app shows listings for apartments, with images and floor plans. The user scrolls through the listings. The scene then shifts to two men sitting on a couch, one holding a mug and looking at the phone held by the other. The phone screen is visible, showing the Oikotie app again. The overall pacing is slow and conversational.
