A man spraying a house from a ladder.

The ad opens with a woman looking concerned as a man on a ladder sprays something on the side of a house. The scene cuts to a close-up of the woman's face, then to a wider shot of her looking out. The next scenes show a woman relaxing on a balcony with plants, and then a man with a cast on his leg joins her. The ad ends with a wide shot of apartment buildings and the OBOS logo.
