The text "Med OBOS Deleie kan du" appears on screen.

The ad opens with a close-up of a young man with curly hair and glasses, looking off-camera. He is wearing a brown t-shirt and a necklace. Behind him, there are dark cabinets and a cardboard box. The scene then shifts to a kitchen with dark blue cabinets, filled with moving boxes. The same young man is seen unpacking, holding a biscuit in his mouth and holding up two white mugs. The OBOS logo appears at the end.
