The initial text overlay "CONSTRUIRE" appearing on a modern house design.

The video opens with a 3D rendering of a modern, wooden house with large windows. Text overlays appear sequentially: "CONSTRUIRE", "REDEVient", and "SIMPLE". The scene then transitions to a close-up of roof tiles and wooden siding, before returning to a full view of the house, now with a gabled roof and a more traditional appearance. The house is shown in daylight and then at dusk with exterior lights illuminating the path and facade. Potted plants and outdoor furniture are visible on the deck.
