The initial shot of a modern apartment building.

The video opens with a blurred shot of a modern apartment building and a street scene, then transitions to clearer, wider shots of the building's exterior and interior. It shows people walking on the street, relaxing on a lawn with a dog, and a woman and child in a building hallway. The final shot is the Develia logo on a white background.
