The question "Zahlst du zu viel Miete?" (Are you paying too much rent?) appears on screen.

The ad opens with a man looking thoughtfully at the camera, with text overlayed. It then transitions to a man looking at his phone, filling out a form. The phone screen shows a website with fields for personal information and a button to proceed. The ad then shows the man smiling as he looks at the phone, with text overlayed. The pacing is moderate, with quick cuts between scenes.
