The initial screen shows a vibrant app interface for a real estate marketplace, immediately establishing the context.

The ad opens with a smartphone displaying the BuySell Cyprus real estate marketplace app. The user is shown browsing properties for sale, with options to filter by 'For Sale', 'To Rent', and 'ID'. The screen then transitions to showcase a specific property: a modern 3-bedroom detached house in Sea Caves Peyia, priced at €725,000. The ad briefly shows other property images before transitioning to a full-screen BuySell logo and website address.
