The initial shot of the real estate app with a large number of listings and the Greek text 'All of Cyprus in one app' immediately grabs attention.

The ad opens with a smartphone displaying a real estate app called 'BuySell'. The app shows categories like Apartments, Houses, and Commercial properties with their respective counts. Text overlays in Greek appear, translating to 'All of Cyprus in one app'. The scene then shifts to a man sitting in bed, holding a smartphone and looking surprised. The 'BuySell' logo appears with the word 'Buy' below it, followed by a red screen with the 'BuySell' logo and website address.
