The initial Greek text and the transition to a luxurious interior.

The ad opens with Greek text on a light pink background. This text transitions to an image of a modern, luxurious living room and kitchen with a large window overlooking a city and mountains. The Greek text is overlaid on this image and then changes to a red background with the same Greek text. Finally, it shows a light pink background with the text 'BUYSELL CYPRUS' and a smaller section with Greek text and a logo.
