A cute, anthropomorphic bee character looking sad.

The ad opens with a cute, fluffy bee character in a kitchen. The bee looks sad, then interacts with a tablet. The tablet displays a website for boiler installation services. The bee navigates through the site, selecting options like number of bedrooms. The ad then shows a house with a red van parked outside, with text indicating 'INSTALLED NEXT WORKING DAY'. The final scene is an end card with the brand logo, website, and customer reviews.
