The 'FLEX CASH' game show-like intro with bright lights and colorful graphics.

The video opens with a game show-like set, featuring a large screen and a sign that says 'FLEX CASH'. A woman is seen on the right side of the screen. The scene then transitions to a man in a tuxedo speaking into a microphone, followed by a shot of a living room with a fireplace and a TV displaying a woman. The man in the tuxedo reappears, asking questions about using 'Flex Cash'. A contestant is shown asking if they can use it to buy down interest rates. The man confirms they can. Another contestant asks if they can use it for a discount home. The man confirms again, stating it can be used for moving ready homes. The final shot shows a woman smiling with the text 'FLEXTASTIC!' and branding for 'BETENBOUGH HOMES'. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between the host, contestants, and home interiors.
